I use my AKF judging experience to correct your biomechanics, ensuring your technique actually scores points under official tournament rules. If you are looking to refine your sparring efficiency, this is where we start. Karate is not just about punching and kicking. To reach the national level, you need to understand the scoring logic and manage the intense physical pressure of competition. My sessions are designed for athletes who want to compete, not just for those passing time. We structure our training around three pillars: * **Tactical Sparring:** We break down WKF rules and point-scoring logic. We review sparring footage to analyze your weaknesses and the opponent's strategy. * **Conditioning:** Strength and stamina are non-negotiable. Our program includes plyometrics and weight training to build the explosive power needed for high-level kumite. * **Mental Preparation:** As a former national team player, I know what happens on the mat during a medal bout. I provide ringside coaching and psychological conditioning to help you stay focused when it matters most. Whether you are training at 99 Martial Arts Hub in Najafgarh or the SAI Centre in Shillong, the curriculum remains the same: no shortcuts. If you are preparing for SAI selection trials or national-level events, bring your dedication and I will bring the expertise. Safalta mehnat se hi milti hai (Success comes from effort). ## About Sunil Rathee I'm Sunil. I spent nine years fighting for India, and now I coach the next generation of champions.
