Take Shaun D'Costa, for instance. After a serious back injury, we didn't just tell him to rest—we rebuilt his bowling action from the ground up, adjusting his wrist position and non-bowling arm until he was hitting the pace required for A-division cricket. Whether you are struggling with technique or lost confidence, we focus on the specific mechanical or mental tweaks that actually move the needle in match scenarios. ### The Process That Actually Works We do not do 'general' coaching. Every player you see here came with a specific bottleneck—a hitch in their bowling action, trouble with batting triggers, or just plain lost confidence. We fix the technical issues first. ### Technique Over Hype At our Cross Maidan and Sion nets, we use video analysis to strip your game down. We do not just watch you play; we look at biomechanics. When Nishit came to us, we identified and corrected the technical flaws in his bowling that were holding him back. Today, he is competing in U-19 MCA tournaments. ### The Mumbai Pathway It is tough to get noticed in a city this size. That is why we focus on match simulation. We run games against top clubs so that when you face a real delivery in a Kanga League or Times Shield match, it feels like practice. Our affiliation with MCA-registered clubs means that if you perform, you get a path to play. ### Mental Fortitude Confidence is usually the first casualty when you start losing matches. Siddhant came to us from Chandigarh, struggling after a bad run. One month of training—not just in the nets, but in the head—brought him back. We train for the grind, because if you cannot handle the pressure, you will not last in professional cricket. ## About Sunil Cricket Academy We do not just run an academy; we run a factory for cricketers. If you have got the hunger and the talent, we will give you the exact technical roadmap and the club connections you need to make it in Mumbai. We are here to help you skip the guesswork and start playing at the level you deserve.
