## About Intricate Semi-Bridal & Guest Mehendi

For these semi-bridal looks, I focus on mid-forearm density, usually hitting that 4 to 5-inch mark from your wrist. It is the perfect balance—you get the intricacy of a bridal design with the flexibility to move around freely at a party. I use only my own organic, essential-oil-infused henna paste, so you get that deep, rich mahogany stain without any chemical risks.

### Why Choose Semi-Bridal?
If you are a bridesmaid, the sister of the bride, or just want to celebrate a special festival like Karwa Chauth or Eid with something extra, this is the sweet spot. You aren't committed to the hours a full bridal design takes, but you still get that heavy, 3D-shaded look that photographs beautifully.

### The Design & Process
I typically pack these designs with bold Gulf-style negative space, jaali (checks), and intricate floral vines. Because I use my own homemade henna cones, the texture is smooth enough to get those crisp, clean lines that really pop. We spend about 45 to 60 minutes per side. Since it is semi-bridal, I can easily integrate themes—whether that is a small baby cradle for a baby shower or names for an engagement.

### Aftercare for the Best Stain
The stain quality is everything. Once applied, try to keep the design dry for at least 6 to 8 hours. I always recommend a clove steam treatment afterward to really lock in that dark maroon shade.
