I’m pulling back the curtain on my techniques, from mixing colored chocolate to crafting delicate fondant figures. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Here I am doing a cakesicle demo at the Aahar exhibition. I was showing how I use colored chocolate and sugarpaste to create fun and beautiful designs. It was a wonderful experience to share my craft.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/06326cbb-5dad-4481-8514-e847307f31e5) ## About Behind The Scenes When I’m demonstrating my process, the most common question I get is how to get that smooth, vibrant finish on colored chocolate without seizing the mix. It is all about strict temperature control and working in small, steady batches. If you have been curious about the precision that goes into my custom dessert tables, this is exactly the kind of detail I bring to every single order. Sharing my craft at events like the Aahar exhibition isn’t just about showing off finished products. It is about demystifying the process. Whether I am working with colored chocolate or shaping intricate fondant figures for a themed dessert table, I believe the beauty is in the details that most people do not usually get to see. ### My Approach to Cakesicles Cakesicles require a balance of structure and taste. You want a shell that snaps just right but gives way to a moist, flavorful center. * **Chocolate Tempering:** Getting the vibrant colors right starts with quality white chocolate, carefully colored to match your event's theme. * **Sugarpaste Detailing:** This is where the story happens. From tiny unicorns to personalized logos, I hand-sculpt these elements so they are not just edible, but part of the experience. ### Bringing the Art to Your Event When you hire me for a dessert table or party favors, you are getting this same level of focus. I do not just pipe frosting; I design elements that tie into your celebration. If you are planning an event in Delhi NCR, we can discuss how to make your favors as unique as the occasion itself, whether it is a baby shower, birthday, or a corporate launch. ## About Sugar Blossoms I'm Kajal, and for me, baking is just the starting line. I treat every cakesicle and cookie like a miniature canvas, blending my background in art with a love for edible creations to make something that feels truly special.
