Because this process is time-intensive and requires days for the sugar structure to set properly, I do need a bit more lead time for floral-heavy designs than I do for standard buttercream cakes. ### From Sculpting to Serving I treat every cake like a canvas. My background in fashion school taught me to appreciate structure and form, and I bring that same eye for detail to sculpting sugar flowers. Unlike mass-produced cake toppers, my blossoms are botanically inspired.
