We manage the full 24/7 environment—from our rigorous 7-meal athlete diet plan to shared dorm living—ensuring every player gets the rest, nutrition, and support needed to perform. It is a balance of discipline and family spirit that prepares them for the real pressure of professional football. At Sudeva, the pitch is just the beginning. Our academy in Civil Lines, Delhi, functions as a home where the next generation of Indian footballers is forged. We know that training is incomplete without the right recovery, which is why our residential setup is central to our philosophy. ### The Daily Routine Life here is structured to build the habits of a pro. From early morning double sessions to tactical board analysis in the evenings, players learn that success is 10% talent and 90% discipline. Our dormitories are designed for comfort and community, with shared rooms that foster lifelong friendships. When we say 'Sudevan,' we mean it—we train together, eat together, and grow together. ### More Than Just Drills Whether it's celebrating Christmas with the team or welcoming a new recruit, we prioritize the emotional well-being of our kids. We believe that players who feel supported off the pitch perform better on it. We don't just provide a bed; we provide a community where every child is treated as part of the family. ### AIFF 3-Star Standards Our infrastructure is AIFF 3-star accredited, which means our facilities meet professional standards for safety, hygiene, and development. Whether we are hosting camps at our Civil Lines campus or heading out for high-altitude training in places like Bhutan, we maintain the same commitment to excellence. Mehnat zaroor rang laayegi—and we ensure our players have everything they need to make that hard work count. ## About Sudeva We are Sudeva, and we are on a mission to see India in the World Cup. We don't just train kids; we build warriors who look out for each other on and off the field. Every new recruit becomes a part of our extended family.
