If you are new to this, we keep the group sizes small so you get personal attention during every single pose. ### Your Sanctuary in Andheri East We aren't a corporate gym. Whether you join our traditional hatha yoga sessions, influenced by the teaching styles of The Yoga Institute, or our weekend aerial classes, the focus is on how you feel. We use a 600 sq. ft. studio with wooden flooring and wall-to-wall mirrors, which helps you see your form and improve your alignment. ### Why Practice With Us We know Andheri can be hectic, so we built Studio Tranquility to be a bit of a sanctuary. It is air-conditioned, fully ventilated, and equipped with a high-quality sound system for guided relaxation. If you are joining us for aerial yoga, we provide the hammocks and ensure the rigging is checked for safety every time. ### Getting Started You do not need to be flexible or have years of experience to walk in. We welcome beginners, seniors, and anyone who just wants to move their body. We are located in Andheri East, making us a convenient spot for local residents and professionals looking to decompress after work or start their weekend right. Just show up, breathe, and find your flow. ## About Studio Tranquility We started Studio Tranquility because we wanted a place in Mumbai that felt like home, not just another gym.
