For me, that accolade matters because it validates our approach to dense, city-based living—proving that a compact home can hold as much narrative weight and beauty as a sprawling villa. It confirms that when we design for function and character, the result is something that resonates far beyond the client's front door. Our work being included in the 'Timeless Interiors' coffee table book alongside the country's most innovative homes was a moment of deep gratitude for our team. Every project, whether it is the 'Open House' archived in print or the concepts that caught the eye of Forbes India, starts the same way. We do not just sketch floor plans. We sit with you to understand the rhythm of your day, the way light hits your morning coffee spot, and the specific clutter you need to hide. By focusing on smart, efficient design for small apartments and meaningful, zen-inspired layouts for larger villas, we have built a practice that honors reality over trends. We create spaces where walls have stories, where local materials meet modern architecture, and where your daily life becomes the primary design element. This recognition encourages us to keep pushing boundaries in residential and commercial architecture, ensuring that every square inch we touch works as hard as it looks beautiful. ## About Studio Nishita Kamdar I am an architect who views every project as a narrative rather than a simple blueprint.
