Design is a partnership. We do not just build spaces; we ensure you feel comfortable and proud the moment you open your doors, whether it is for a business or your own home. We love hearing that our clients find us 'nice with heart.' It is the best compliment we could ask for. Whether we are designing a beauty studio in Noida or renovating a family villa, we treat your space like our own. You will often find us on-site, checking the small details like getting the lighting just right or making sure the plumbing is perfect for your needs. We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on your work. Our process is transparent and keeps you in the loop. We show you 3D models first. You see it, you approve it, and then we build it. There are no hidden surprises or confusing steps. If you want to know how we handle commercial fit-outs or residential renovations, just ask. We have done it all, from the initial concept to the final deep cleaning before you get your keys. ## About Kai Design Studio We are Kartik and Shivani.
