These features and speaking engagements represent the core of our philosophy—the belief that architecture must be purpose-driven, sustainable, and deeply connected to human experience. We invite you to explore the ideas and principles that inform every project we undertake, from the initial sketch to the final built form. ### Industry Recognition My work has been privileged to find a voice in leading publications such as Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and Fortune India. Being recognized by Fortune India as one of the 'Leaders Shaping the India of Tomorrow' is a meaningful milestone, but the true value lies in the discourse it generates. These features are not just about press coverage; they are platforms where I share insights on the future of human-centric architecture and the role of sustainability in modern design. ### Sharing Knowledge Architecture is as much about teaching and discourse as it is about building. I frequently participate in industry panels and conferences, such as Pinkprint 2024 and FOAID’s Design Karyashala. Whether I am discussing the challenges of running a professional practice or exploring how architects can create spaces that foster community well-being, my goal is to engage, mentor, and contribute to the growth of the architectural community. ### The Academic Perspective Giving back to the profession is central to our practice. As a member of the academic panel for Interior Architecture and Design at IIAD, I am deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of design professionals. By fostering student creativity and critical thinking, we ensure that the principles of empathy, functionality, and responsible design continue to evolve. If you are looking for an architectural partner who values deep research and a purpose-driven approach, let’s start a conversation about your project. ## About Studio IAAD I am Rachna Agarwal, and for eighteen years, I’ve been leading Studio IAAD with one belief: design is an evolution. Beyond the blueprints, I’m deeply invested in mentoring the next generation of architects and sharing the 'why' behind our spatial strategies.
