### Clubhouses That Feel Like Home

A clubhouse isn’t just another amenity. It’s where people come to chill, connect, and sometimes just breathe. I focus on community clubhouse design that balances privacy with togetherness. You’ll see double-height ceilings, open sightlines, and spots that feel both grand and cozy. I’m big on indoor-outdoor spatial flow too - think big windows, shaded screens, and greenery everywhere, so you never feel boxed in.

### More Than Just Clubhouses

Restaurants, cafes, lobbies, lounges - each gets its own personality. I design flexible amenity spaces that can shift with changing lifestyles, like business centres for remote work or lounges for downtime. Lobbies aren’t just waiting areas; I treat them as narrative-driven lobby design, using art and architecture to set the mood right from the entrance.

### My story

Hi, we’re Studio IAAD. Eighteen years, and still, we’re learning, changing, laughing, arguing, and building together. Spaces, for us, are not just walls and floors - they’re memories, moods, and a bit of you in every corner. Being called ‘Leaders Shaping India of Tomorrow’ by Fortune India? Felt good, sure, but the real win is when a space feels right for you. Our studio is a mix of old hands and fresh minds, always talking, always creating.
