In our industrial office projects, we replace standard partitions with custom-fabricated metal screens and louver systems that allow you to regulate light and ventilation based on the time of day. We handle everything from the shell and exposed ceiling work to bespoke metal desks, ensuring the final environment is as functional as it is atmospheric. Our commercial design philosophy centres on 'Atmosphere Over Aesthetics.' We treat your workspace as a living, breathing entity rather than a fixed box. Whether we are designing a retail showroom in Lucknow or a modular office in New Delhi, our approach remains rooted in the structural honesty of the materials we select. ### Industrial & Commercial Approach We specialize in turnkey industrial office interiors where the raw shell becomes part of the design language. This includes: - **Exposed Infrastructure:** Utilizing painted slabs, exposed ducts, and industrial-grade conduits to maintain volume. - **Adaptive Partitions:** Moving away from solid, opaque walls. We use fluted glass, perforated metal screens, and brass-framed dividers that delineate zones while preserving sightlines and natural light flow. - **Light Regulation:** Our climate-responsive louver systems allow for active control over natural brightness, reducing reliance on artificial lighting during peak hours. ### Retail & Showroom Design For retail spaces, we shift focus to the 'theatre' of the product. We design lighting devices that double as architectural features, often employing suspended brass grids or volumetric steel frames to create a sense of scale. A jewellery showroom we designed in Lucknow uses a 'jewellery box' interpretation—dark, coarse marble contrasts with fine brass mesh, guiding the visitor's focus precisely where the product demands. ### The Modular Difference Flexibility is the core of a modern workspace. Our modular steel-frame systems allow for knockdown structures that can be assembled with precision and speed. This ensures your office layout can evolve as your team grows, without the need for destructive civil work. We manage the entire process, from civil layout changes and custom carpentry to final electrical and acoustic treatments, ensuring a seamless handover. ## About Studio Array We are Studio Array. We believe spaces talk, and our job is to listen. We design workspaces and retail environments where raw materials like steel, bamboo, and concrete are not hidden, but celebrated. If you want a space that breathes rather than just fills a room, you are in the right place.
