Our team produces them on-site to ensure quality, often using specific mixes like 1:77 to achieve the perfect structural density. Because we intentionally avoid plaster to hide errors, every brick-laying pattern, rat-trap bond, and structural joint must be planned with absolute precision before a single block is placed. ### Why We Do It This Way Traditional construction often hides flaws behind thick layers of cement plaster. We choose the harder path because it forces us to be honest. When you see our exposed brick or mud block walls, you are seeing the actual structure, the precise masonry, and the real craftsmanship. There is nowhere to hide poor work. ### The Anatomy of Our Builds - **Material Integrity:** We don't just buy off the shelf. Whether it is rammed earth foundations or using site-excavated boulders for rubble masonry, we use what the land gives us. This reduces transport costs and carbon footprints while grounding the home in its own location. - **Climatic Engineering:** You won't find a one-size-fits-all plan here. We analyze the sun path and wind direction for every plot. By using features like filler slabs—which integrate clay pots or waste tiles to reduce concrete volume and heat gain—we keep your interiors cool naturally, often eliminating the need for constant air conditioning. - **The Human Element:** A house is only as good as the people who build it. From our senior architects visiting sites to ensure artisan craftsmanship, to the way we frame views with jaali walls or pivoted steel windows, we are involved in every decision.
