We bring the studio to your office or host you at our Ghatkopar space, and you do not need to be an artist; the goal is just to let your hands do the talking while the stress melts away. Need to break the ice or boost team morale? Pottery is the ultimate equalizer. When you sit with a ball of clay, titles and deadlines fade into the background. I have worked with diverse teams from companies like KPMG and Hindustan Unilever, helping professionals step away from their laptops to focus on the tactile, grounding experience of creating. ### Why pottery works for teams * **A true digital detox:** We replace screens with stoneware clay, allowing colleagues to connect on a human level rather than a professional one. * **Zero pressure:** You do not need experience. My philosophy is 'paani aur mitti se darna nahi hai' (don’t fear water and mud). The process is forgiving, and the 'mistakes' often turn into the most unique pieces. * **Collaborative creativity:** Whether we are doing hand-building techniques or working on the wheel, the environment encourages laughter and conversation, which is exactly what a high-performing team needs. ### How we organize your session I offer flexible options to suit your needs. We can set up a mobile studio at your corporate office anywhere in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, or you can bring your team to my cozy balcony studio in Ghatkopar for a more intimate 'Pottery, chai aur baarish' experience. We provide all the equipment, aprons, and professional guidance to ensure everyone leaves with a finished, food-safe piece that they made themselves. If you are looking for a creative employee engagement activity that is actually effective, let's chat. We can tailor the theme—from mug-making to stress-relief clay sessions—to fit your team size and timeline. ## About Studio Hands inClay I am Aparnaa, and I founded Studio Hands InClay because I believe the most creative ideas come when we aren't staring at screens. Watching corporate teams trade their keyboards for clay and finding that shared sense of calm is exactly why I love hosting these workshops.
