She joined us as an intern and has become an invaluable pillar of our studio. Our team's dedication and growth are what make our work possible, and we couldn't be prouder to have her.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/1a841de5-bd90-444d-8800-9e8b8ed39ed9) ## About Our Studio Culture Architecture is not just about floor plans, it is about the hands that draw them. We believe the quality of a project is a direct reflection of team chemistry. For instance, our senior architect Reetika has been with us for five years, evolving from an intern to a pillar of our practice. This continuity allows us to maintain consistent standards and build trusting relationships with our clients from the first concept to the final handover. When you hire a design studio, you are not just paying for drawings. You are hiring a process and a team dynamic. Our culture is built on a simple premise: a happy, challenged team produces thoughtful work. We avoid the burnout culture that often plagues large firms. Instead, we foster a creative environment where interns, senior architects, and project managers exchange ideas freely. We handle complex technical challenges, like MEP coordination for commercial kitchens or custom joinery, through collaborative workshops. Our studio, based in Gurugram, operates more like a laboratory. We document our journey, mentor young talent, and ensure that every person touching your project, be it a residential renovation or a large-scale commercial fitout, understands the narrative intent. This does not just create office morale, it translates directly into the accuracy of our construction drawings and the precision of our onsite execution. ## About Studio Bipolar We are a family of architects who get bored doing the same thing twice. Whether we are planning a complex cafe layout or sketching a home, we rely on the people who make it happen. We treat our team like partners, not employees, and that shows in the level of care we put into your site.
