This ensures your terrace remains a lush, dry extension of your home without placing undue stress on the building structure. Bengaluru offers a climate perfect for outdoor living, but urban rooftops require a rigorous approach to survive the elements and heavy monsoons. We move beyond simple planting to build environments that last. ### Hardscaping and Durability We establish a foundation of durability for every project. Our process includes weather-resistant WPC decking, matte-finished MS pergolas for shade, and precise slope correction. We do not just add flooring; we implement drainage mats to handle water flow, protecting the building structure below. ### Greenery and Planting We select hardy, wind-resistant tropical plants like Plumeria and Palms that thrive in high-exposure conditions. By using specialized lightweight soil mixes, we ensure lush greenery without putting unnecessary load on the slab. ### Lighting and Comfort We integrate IP65 waterproof LED systems to bring warmth to the space after dark. Whether it is a small balcony corner or a large terrace lounge, our focus remains on creating a cohesive environment that invites you to step outside. ## About Studio 69 Architects We are Studio 69 Architects, a Bengaluru-based team dedicated to dissolving the line between indoor and outdoor spaces.
