As an engineer, I handle the technical execution to ensure everything is built to last, while my wife Ruhi, an architect, brings an elegant design sense to every project. This is a quick look inside our factory where you can see our process. We start with strong, rust-proof aluminum frames and then our artisans weave the furniture before it goes through a final quality check. It’s about the engineering behind the furniture—like using 1.2mm to 1.5mm gauge aluminum frames that won't rust in Delhi’s humidity, and UV-stabilized HDPE wicker that stays intact under the summer sun. Every piece we deliver is tested in our factory first because we know outdoor furniture takes a serious beating from the elements. ### Engineering First, Aesthetics Second Many people think outdoor furniture is just about picking a design, but we start with the math. Whether it’s a terrace garden or a modular rooftop structure, we evaluate the load-bearing capacity before we ever suggest a material. If your columns can’t handle the weight of a water feature or a dense structure, we tell you upfront. We aren't here to make a quick sale; we are here to build something that stays standing for years. ### The Anatomy of Our Furniture We source and build with materials meant for the outdoors, not the living room. * **Rust-Proof Frames:** We use industrial-grade aluminum, not iron, so your sofa sets don't start corroding after one monsoon season. * **All-Weather Weaving:** Our HDPE wicker is UV-stabilized. It doesn't become brittle, crack, or fade under direct sunlight. * **Comfort Systems:** We use 32D+ high-density foam for our cushions, which keeps its shape over time, covered in water-repellent fabrics that actually breathe. ### Built for Delhi’s Climate We understand the extreme cycle of Delhi’s weather. Our furniture is designed to handle scorching heat and heavy rain, which is why we insist on quality adhesives and finishes that don't peel off in the humidity. From our factory to your terrace, everything undergoes rigorous quality checks. We manage the entire process, including the logistics, so you aren't stuck dealing with damaged goods or 'we forgot that part' moments. When we promise a 30-day turnaround for our structures, we deliver on that timeline without compromising on structural integrity. ## About Studio Machaan I’m Chirag, and I handle the technicals—making sure our structures are sound and our materials are legit. My wife, Ruhi, brings the design soul to everything we build. Together, we run Studio Machaan, and we personally check the quality of every project before it reaches your home.
