Whether we are breaking down a viral Bollywood track or teaching basic Salsa, our sessions are designed for absolute beginners. We keep groups small so you get personal feedback, and for our trending song workshops, we always save time at the end to help you film your own dance reels. We started Studio La-Sica because we believe everyone has a dancer inside them, just waiting for the right beat. Our workshop space in Whitefield is built for that exact purpose. It is fully air-conditioned with professional wooden floors that are easy on your joints, whether you are spinning in a Salsa class or jumping during Navratri Garba. ### What happens in our workshops * **Bollywood & Trending Songs:** We pick the tracks everyone is listening to. In 90 minutes, we break the song down into steps you can actually learn, regardless of your dance background. The goal is to move, sweat, and leave with a routine you feel confident performing. * **Partner Dance (Salsa/Bachata):** We create a comfortable environment for singles and couples. You will learn the mechanics of leading and following, frame posture, and basic turn patterns. We keep the atmosphere social and stress-free. * **Folk & Technique:** For our Garba and Bhangra intensives, we go a bit deeper into the history and footwork. You will learn specific formations and hand movements, usually ending with a social jam session to practice with the group. We limit our batch sizes intentionally. It is not about filling the room. It is about making sure you get enough space to move and enough attention from us to actually pick up the rhythm.
