We design spaces where walls, slits, and skylights turn every hour into a new visual story. ## Photos and videos - ![The saga of stones and shadows. We focus on how the space behaves at noon, 3 PM, and 5 PM. By using precise skylights and wall slits, we guide sunlight to move across your floors, turning a simple living room into a changing canvas that tracks the day. Our design process starts by tracking the sun's path relative to your site. We do not just place windows. We calculate where the light hits your floor at 10 AM, where the shadows lengthen at 4 PM, and how to use materials like clay blocks and raw concrete to diffuse the glare. Whether it is a jack arch roof system that brings soft light into a basement or a strategically placed skylight that warms a central courtyard, our goal is to eliminate dark corners. We believe that a wall is not just a boundary. It is an opportunity to let in a sliver of the sky. By using techniques like perforated ceilings and rhythmic wall slits, we create shifting patterns of light and shadow that make your home feel alive, airy, and constantly changing. We work with what the site gives us, often using local stone and exposed brick to ensure that the light plays against surfaces that feel real and honest. If your home in Bengaluru feels trapped in concrete or lacks a connection to the natural cycle of the day, we can help you open it up. Let's look at your floor plan and find where the sun wants to enter. ## About Studio Bhoomi We are Studio Bhoomi. We do not just build walls, we build conversations between the sun and your floorboards. If you want a home that feels more like a garden and less like a concrete box, we should talk.
