## About Studio Life: Mentorship & Co-Creation

You won't find us buried in air-conditioned boardrooms all day. Our work happens on-site, in the dust and the details, where we mentor young architects to understand the true texture of a structure. Whether we’re decoding heritage bylaws or working through the curing of lime mortar, our team members are hands-on from day one, turning architectural theory into tangible, lasting impact.

### Beyond the Classroom
We situate our work at the intersection of academia and practice. For us, mentorship isn't a side project; it is the core of how we evolve. We believe that architecture is a social act, which is why our studio is a melting pot of disciplines. You will find architects working alongside social designers, historians, and urban researchers, all of whom bring fresh perspectives to the challenges of adaptive reuse.

### The Jugaadopolis Philosophy
Our 'Jugaadopolis' platform is where this energy finds its focus. It’s a space where we share knowledge, host workshops, and bridge the gap between historic building conservation and modern needs. We don't just teach the 'how'—we teach the 'why.' We look for team members who are naturally inquisitive, willing to embrace the messiness of a live construction site, and who value authentic engagement over polished, AI-generated shortcuts.
