Our coaches, including founder Lipika Uniyal and Coach Franco, are active practitioners who jump onto the mats to demonstrate techniques, correct your stance in real-time, and spar alongside you to ensure you’re learning safe, effective movements. When you step into our Sector 46 academy, you aren't just learning moves; you're learning from people who have lived this sport. Our coaching philosophy is built on three pillars: technical precision, safety, and community. Led by founder Lipika Uniyal, a former MMA fighter and trainer for police squads, our curriculum is designed to be practical. Whether you are aiming for fitness or serious combat skills, we teach you how to move, breathe, and defend yourself properly. We also bring in diverse perspectives. Coach Franco Ranure, our MMA expert, focuses heavily on Muay Thai and boxing fundamentals, ensuring our striking sessions are high-energy and technically sound. For those interested in discipline and traditional roots, Sensei Yashpal leads our karate and martial arts training, emphasizing the mental resilience that comes with the practice. The coaches are here to support your personal goals. If you are struggling with a specific grappling submission or need feedback on your kickboxing form, they break it down until you get it. This hands-on approach is why we have a strong community; when the coaches are invested in your progress, you feel more confident pushing your own limits. ## About StrikeHive StrikeHive is the family we’ve built together. We aren't just here to teach; we are active fighters and coaches who love sharing what we’ve learned to help you get stronger, safer, and more confident.
