Whether it is applying breathable lime plaster or installing cane webbing for ventilation, our process is designed to be fast and clean without losing the handmade character that makes a home feel like yours. Great design starts by understanding how you live. Based in Greater Noida and serving Delhi NCR, we focus on interiors that actually improve indoor air quality and temperature regulation. We move away from generic, plastic-heavy finishes and instead rely on natural materials like rubberwood, terracotta, and stone. ### Our Core Approach * **Breathable Spaces:** We use lime plaster instead of standard cement paint. It prevents fungal growth and helps walls breathe, which is essential for the Delhi climate. * **Modern Craft:** While we love heritage elements like jaalis and jharokhas, we use modern machinery to ensure the woodwork is precise, cost-effective, and completed on schedule. * **Transparency:** You won't find us hiding behind jargon. We share project timelines, 3D walkthroughs, and regular site updates so you know exactly what is happening at every stage. ### Why Choose Natural Materials? Materials like cane and rubberwood offer a warmth that synthetic laminates simply cannot match. They are durable, sustainable, and add a layer of texture that softens a room. When you see our terracotta jaalis in a project, it is not just for decoration—they allow natural light and air to flow through, reducing your dependence on artificial cooling. ## About Story of Walls I'm Sonia Rana. My team and I started Story of Walls because we grew up in Delhi’s suburbs watching homes lose their character to quick, temporary fixes. We’re here to change that by building homes that last, look good, and actually help you feel better.
