We design doors and windows that fit the specific rhythm of your home, balancing clean aesthetics with long-term durability. ## Photos and videos - [Video: This video showcases the transition to a minimalist interior, starting with the door. In our recent projects, we have used rubberwood and high-density flush designs to achieve a minimalist, seamless look. These choices prevent the common issues of warping or sagging, ensuring your doors remain easy to operate while maintaining a clean aesthetic. ### Why Quality Matters Many homeowners struggle with doors that do not close properly after a season or windows that let in too much noise. At Story of Walls, we address this by selecting materials that react well to the local climate. Using rubberwood for our shutters gives us a solid, sustainable foundation that is both termite-resistant and durable. ### Our Approach to Custom Design We do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Whether you are looking for a traditional teak finish that adds warmth to your space or a clean, flush-panel design for a modern minimalist apartment, we map out the design before we build. * **Precision Engineering:** We combine manual craftsmanship with modern machine cutting to ensure frames are square and hinges sit perfectly flush. * **Material Choice:** We prioritize BWP (Boiling Water Proof) ply and solid rubberwood, which provide the best balance of strength and cost-effectiveness for residential use. * **Hardware:** We only use high-grade hinges and handles, like those from Hettich or Hafele, because we know the mechanism is what keeps a door functioning smoothly for years. ### The Process Once you reach out, we understand your vision and the layout of your space. We provide 3D walkthroughs so you can see how the proposed design fits your room before we start production. Our goal is to create doors that feel like a natural part of your home's story, finished to perfection and installed on time. ## About Story of Walls At Story of Walls, we believe a home's entrance should be an extension of its design. We build doors that are meant to last, using solid rubberwood and precise machine finishes to ensure they stay functional and look sharp. We skip the fancy jargon and focus on making sure your doors actually work well for the life of your home.
