We often get questions about how materials like lime plaster or terracotta jaalis perform in the long run. These materials do more than look beautiful; they are naturally self-healing and offer superior thermal regulation, which helps keep your home cooler and reduces your dependency on air conditioning during Delhi’s harsh summer months. ### Why We Prioritize Natural Materials Modern construction often relies on cement and synthetic paints that trap heat and moisture. In contrast, we advocate for materials that have been used in Indian architecture for centuries because they work with the climate rather than against it. **Lime Plaster vs. Conventional Paint** Unlike cement-based plasters that can crack and hold moisture, lime plaster is breathable.
