When you read through these stories, you’ll notice a pattern. People aren't just relieved that their stuff arrived safely; they are calling out specific team members, like Abhishek or Sushil, by name. That’s the real goal. We know that packing up your life is stressful, so we focus on sending a team that actually listens and handles your belongings like they were their own. We know that handing over your household goods to strangers is scary. It’s not just 'stuff' to us—it’s your grandmother’s crockery, your home office setup, or the books you’ve collected over the years. That’s why we’re open about every part of the process. ### Why Our Reviews Matter With over 1100 reviews and a 4.8-star rating, we have seen it all. Whether it is a student moving into a hostel, a family shifting houses across Delhi NCR, or a business relocating their entire setup in Bengaluru or Pune, the feedback is consistent. Our customers value the transparency we offer—no hidden costs, just simple, pay-as-you-use pricing. ### What People Are Saying When you scroll through the feedback, you will find consistent praise for: * **The Human Element:** It is not about the trucks; it is about the crew. Our SMG Buddies are trained to be friendly and professional, which shows in the reviews where our team members are often thanked by name. * **Safety Protocols:** The triple-layer packing (foam, bubble wrap, stretch film) is not just marketing—it is what saves your fragile items from breaking during transport. * **Reliability:** We handle everything from 1BHK studios to large 3BHK family homes. Reviews often highlight how we stay on schedule, which is critical when you have a move-in deadline. If you have been worried about the chaotic nature of shifting or finding a safe place to store your goods during a renovation, you are not alone. These reviews are from people just like you who needed a reliable hand. Take a look, and when you are ready, let us help you plan your next move. ## About Store My Goods We are the folks you call when life gets messy and you need to move or find space for your extra gear.
