If your pup is reserved, I introduce them to one calm friend at a time rather than letting them get overwhelmed by a group, ensuring every interaction builds confidence instead of fear. ### Building Confidence, One Paw at a Time Many pet parents come to me worried that their dog is too shy or hasn't had much experience around other pets. In our Sector 122 facility, we treat socialization as a skill rather than just free-for-all playtime. My approach starts with assessing your dog's temperament—whether they are a ball of energy or a quiet observer—before deciding which group they fit into. ### The 'No-Kennel' Advantage We don't use cages or barriers that separate dogs. Instead, we use controlled environments, alternating between our artificial turf playground and our indoor AC lounge. This allows dogs to navigate social cues naturally. * **For the Zoomies:** We encourage high-energy play with balls, ropes, and frisbees. * **For the Shy Pups:** I personally spend time with them, providing the gentle encouragement they need to step out of their shell. * **For the Picky Socializers:** We manage interactions to ensure everyone feels safe. ### Easing into Daycare If it is your dog's first time with us, I always recommend a short trial visit. It helps your pup understand that this is a safe 'ghar' (home) away from home, not a scary kennel. By the time you come back for pickup, they are usually ready to come back the next day.
