We’ve kept the floor layout open with premium Technogym and Jerai equipment so you aren't fighting for space or waiting on a cable machine. Whether you're here for heavy deadlifts or a quiet yoga flow, the floor is set up so you can actually move without feeling cramped or watched. Creating a purposeful gym environment in New Friends Colony isn't just about buying shiny equipment. It's about the flow. We wanted to solve the biggest gym headache: the rush hour scramble where you can't find a pair of dumbbells or a bench. You won't find broken cables or equipment clusters that make no sense here. We prioritize Italian-made Technogym gear because the biomechanics are simply better for your joints, and we pair that with heavy-duty Jerai hardware for your strength days. Every rack, pull-up bar, and TRX station is positioned to give you enough clearance to work on your form without worrying about the person next to you. But the space is also about recovery. Our studio isn't just a place to sweat; it’s a place to transition from the chaos of the city to your workout. We keep the lighting and the layout clean because when you're here, your headspace matters as much as your PR. From the moment you walk past our reception, everything is geared toward one thing: a distraction-free hour where you are the only priority. Whether you are looking for functional fitness studios in Delhi or a dedicated space for personal training, our New Friends Colony facility offers a private, high-end experience that keeps you accountable. ## About Stay Fit by Ravissant I’m the team behind Stay Fit, and I’m just as obsessed with the vibe of our studio as I am with the workouts. I created this space in New Friends Colony because I wanted a place where the noise of the city stops the moment you walk through our doors.
