Unlike academies that rely on generic instructors, we use our own private facility in Noida where turf wickets are prepared daily by our ground staff. If you are serious about cricket, you will spend as much time on the green outfield as you do in the nets, because we believe matches are won by those who put in the hard hours when nobody is watching. ### Our Coaching Philosophy We believe that modern cricket requires more than just natural talent. Led by Head Coach Jayant Sanwal, our team emphasizes a regime where fitness and technique go hand-in-hand. You will not find shortcuts here. Whether you are a junior trainee or a senior player aiming for state selection, the expectations are the same: intensity, discipline, and a willingness to learn. ### Why Train With Us? * **BCCI Certified Expertise:** Every coach at our academy holds BCCI certification, ensuring that you receive technically accurate feedback that aligns with professional standards. * **Private Ground Facility:** We operate out of our own cricket ground in Sector 120, Noida. This allows us to offer consistent access to turf wickets, which is essential for developing proper batting and bowling technique. * **Real Match Simulations:** We do not just practice in the nets. Our programs include regular match simulations on the center wicket, helping you transition your training room skills to actual game-day situations. * **Structured Progression:** From agility ladders and cone sprints to high-intensity fielding drills, our training is designed to push your physical limits. If you are willing to sweat and ask questions when you do not understand a concept, you will see results. Our doors are open to those who want to commit to the grind. We provide the infrastructure and the professional guidance; you provide the effort. ## About Star Cricket Academy I am Vikash Yadav, and at Star Cricket Academy, we do not waste time on flashy gimmicks.
