## About Retail & Hospitality Design

### The Way We See Design

For us, a good store or cafe isn't just about looking nice - it's about feeling right. We call it 'spatial branding', where your brand's personality gets its own space. We spend a lot of time getting to know your story so the design actually feels like you, not like every other shop on the street.

### How We Work

- First, we get into the details of your brand - what matters to you, what you want people to feel. We put together a mood board to agree on the vibe, and we talk through real stuff like how easy it’ll be to keep clean or what’ll last.
- Next, we get to the drawing board. We build out 3D models, play with ideas, and tweak every little thing till it works - both for your customers and for your staff.
- All the way through, we’re super open about costs and timelines, sharing updates on WhatsApp so you’re never left guessing.
- We’re hands-on during the build, from custom furniture design for stores to site visits. When it’s done, we walk you through every corner, handing over a care guide with all the details.

### What Makes Us Tick

- We believe simple-looking spaces take the most effort. Our focus is on details - joinery, lighting, flooring choices that guide people around, and picking materials that aren’t just pretty but have a story.
- You'll see a lot of natural stuff in our work - woods, stone, even antique finds mixed in. We think these create a sensory brand experience interiors that stick with people.

Our work is all about making your brand feel at home in its space, whether that's a cosy cafe or a bold retail launch.

## Meet your expert

[STaND](https://mytribe.in/stand.design)

### My story

Hey, Sid and Nik here. We kicked off STaND back in college, just two friends chasing a dream. For us, design is all about finding ourselves—sometimes through Ladakh’s raw vibes, sometimes through our clients’ roots, whether Indian, African, or Emirati. Each project’s a diary entry, some wins, some chaos, always honest. We’re still figuring it out, and glad you’re reading along.

### My work

- **Architecture, Interiors & Spatial Branding**: We design homes, villas, offices, retail, cafes, and create custom spatial branding for brands.
- **Story-Driven Spaces**: We start every project by digging into your story—your memories, quirks, and personality shape the space.
- **Warm Minimalism & Texture**: Our vibe’s clean lines, loads of natural light, tactile materials, and expressive colour palettes.
- **Material Obsession**: We geek out over marble, wood, fabrics—each material adds its own character to the room.
- **Open Book Process**: We show the messy bits—sketches, mock-ups, debates, not just the polished final look.
