Our classes blend technical training—like the core work in ballet—with high-energy routines where you can just let go and have a laugh. Whether you are an adult looking to learn street jazz or a parent finding the right ballet foundation for your child, our focus is always on genuine progress rather than just performance. At Stance, we treat dance as a language. Our Jazz, Ballet, and Contemporary programs are designed to accommodate everyone from total beginners to those looking to refine their technique. For our adult learners, our Street Jazz classes are all about personality. We move beyond basic steps to explore commercial jazz and sassy routines that help you shake off the day. You do not need a background in dance to walk into our Jungpura studio; you just need to be ready to have some fun. For the little ones, we have a structured path. Our Pre-Ballet lessons (ages 3-5) introduce the basics of coordination and music through play. As they grow, they move into our graded ballet program, which focuses on posture, arm movements, and the discipline of classical technique. It is a beautiful way to build confidence, grace, and physical control that stays with them long after the class ends. We keep our batches small so that every dancer gets the attention they need to grow. Whether you are training in our Delhi studio or attending sessions in Noida, you are part of a community that celebrates every small victory on the floor. ## About Stance Dance Studio I am Himani, and at Stance, we believe dance is about how you feel when you move. My team and I focus on creating a space where adults can let go of daily stress and kids can find their own rhythm, whether that is in a disciplined ballet class or a high-energy jazz routine.
