Every session kicks off with a solid warm-up to build stamina, followed by technical drills like footwork and freezes, and wraps up with freestyle exercises. You will not find rigid, mechanical teaching here. We focus on building the physical stability you need for power moves, and if you are a parent looking for classes, you will see your kids learning discipline right alongside the fun. We run our classes in association with Hip Hop Elements, bringing genuine street culture into the studio. Whether you are in our Jungpura Extension space or attending a workshop in Noida, the focus remains on the fundamentals. Beginners start with top rock and basic grooves, while intermediate students work on complex breaking moves, freezes, and body control. We also offer specialised kids hip hop batches where we introduce young dancers to the culture, helping them build confidence before they even step onto a stage. Our instructors, including Bboy Jin, emphasize proper conditioning so you are not just learning moves; you are preventing injuries. We host regular workshops and seasonal intensives, perfect if you want a deeper dive than a weekly class offers. It is a community-driven environment where we share cyphers, battle readiness training, and choreography. If you are aiming for our annual recital, you will get the performance prep you need, including stage blocking. Check our schedule for the latest batches, or drop in for a trial session if you just want to test the water. ## About Stance Dance Studio I am Himani, and at Stance, we believe anyone can dance if they find the right energy. My team of teachers—including real-deal breakers from Hip Hop Elements—are here to make sure you are not just learning choreography, but actually understanding the movement. It is loud, it is sweaty, and it is always a good time.
