### What Workshops & Intensives Feel Like Here

We keep things real at Stance Dance Studio. Our workshops and intensives are where you dive deep - whether you’re starting out or wanting to push your practice further. It’s not just routines and drills, it’s a space for exploring new movement, connecting, and sometimes just having a good laugh with others who love dance too.

### Kalaripayattu: Movement & Mind

Kalaripayattu training intensive is a big part of what we do. We teach the Northern (Vaddakan) style, led by Guru Vinod Kadangal, who’s been at it for 40 years. Alongside me and Ankita, you’ll learn core postures, animal forms, salutations, jumps, flips, and even weapon basics. We run batches for beginners, intermediate/advanced folks, and kids. Sab ke liye hai (it’s for everyone).

### Dance & Fitness Workshops

Our Street Jazz dance workshop covers technique, conditioning, and fun choreos. We also do beginner hip-hop dance class, Odissi, Bollywood (expect some real desi moves), and split-opening for flexibility. For little mastikhors (fun-lovers), there’s creative movement, a kids summer activity camp, and pre-schoolers’ intro to dance.

### Annual Recital Intensive

The big one: students from all styles come together for two months of annual recital preparation. We focus on technique and stage skills, ending with a showcase that always feels like a festival.

### Formats & Spaces

You’ll find everything from trial classes to multi-week intensives. Most workshops are in Jungpura Extension, South Delhi, and sometimes Noida. No stress if you’re new – most sessions are open to all.

We’re Stance Dance Studio, but honestly, it’s more like a mad, happy family than a studio. Here, everyone’s got a bit of magic and masti (fun) in their step. Watching shy kids turn into stage rockstars? That’s the best feeling. Our annual recital’s the big dhamaka (blast)—months of sweat, laughs, and sometimes chaos, all coming together. We’re just grateful to grow with everyone, kids, parents, teachers, all of us.

### My work

- **Classes for Every Age**: From tiny tots to adults, we teach Ballet, Hip-Hop for kids, Breaking, Street Jazz, Pop, Gymnastics, Kalaripayattu dance classes, Odissi dance training, and Bollywood.
- **Special Choreography**: We create wedding choreography services, routines for corporate gigs, and ad shoot choreography, all tailored to your vibe.
- **Expert Teachers**: Our teachers love what they do. We even host masters like Guru Vinod Kadangal for Kalaripayattu intensives.
- **Everyone’s Welcome**: Pre-schoolers, teens, adults—absolute beginners to pros. Everyone finds their groove and their people here.
- **Annual Recital**: Our annual dance recital is pure magic—everyone gets to perform, build confidence, and just have a blast.
