We see many adults and kids walk in nervous about their posture, but our Odissi and Kathak batches are really about finding your own rhythm. Our teachers, like Junahi, are meticulous about form, but the vibe in the studio is always encouraging and never intimidating. You will see us break down complex mudras into simple steps so you can actually enjoy the movement while you build your strength and grace. ### Our Approach to Tradition At Stance, we believe classical dance isn't just about rigid steps; it is about 'Abhyasa'—the beautiful, consistent practice that brings you into your own groove. Our faculty, including graded artists, ensures you understand the nuances behind every gesture. * **Kathak:** Known for its rapid footwork and intricate spins, our Kathak sessions in South Delhi are designed to build your stamina and coordination.
