## About Editorial & Commercial Shoots

Studio lights can be brutal, often flattening features or highlighting texture you did not know existed. My work for commercials is built on my 'Levels of Hydration' method to ensure the skin remains luminous and real under high-definition equipment. I focus on technical application, like precise contouring and color correction, that survives 8-hour shoot days without oxidizing or looking cakey.

When you are working on a commercial campaign or a fashion editorial, the makeup needs to do more than just look pretty in person. It needs to hold up under harsh studio strobes and translate clearly on camera. 

My approach to commercial makeup is structured and results-oriented:

* **Real Skin Finish:** Even for high-fashion shoots, I avoid heavy, mask-like layers. I use strategic skin prep to create a base that looks like skin, which is crucial for high-resolution photography where every detail is visible.
* **Lighting Adaptation:** I collaborate with your photographer and stylist to adjust the intensity of the base and contour. What works for natural daylight doesn't work for high-contrast studio lighting. I tailor the application so your features stay defined, not washed out.
* **Durability:** I use professional-grade fixing products to ensure the look stays fresh for 8 to 10 hours. Whether you need a soft commercial glow or a bold graphic look, the makeup will be as fresh in the last shot as it was in the first.

I handle skin concerns like acne or pigmentation by correcting, not just hiding. This keeps the look breathable and comfortable for models or talent. If you have a specific mood board or a creative brief, let us discuss how to execute it technically.
