This is why we host regular Continuous Professional Development (CPD) clinics with partners like Bengaluru FC, ensuring our staff remains at the cutting edge of modern tactical training and ball mastery techniques. ### Our Commitment to Coaching Excellence Football is a game of constant evolution. At SSE BFC, we do not view ourselves simply as a school for players, but as an academy for coaches. We understand that to produce top-tier talent in Mumbai, we must first foster a high-level coaching ecosystem. ### The Pathway to Pro Our coaching staff, including AFC-licensed professionals, undergoes a rigorous internal development program. We prioritize: * **Continuous Upskilling:** Our coaches progress from AFC 'C' to 'A' licenses with our active support and mentorship. * **Technical Integration:** Through our partnership with Bengaluru FC, our staff participates in masterclasses led by elite-level staff like Jason Withe. * **Practical Application:** Our team, including AFC Pro Diploma holder Jeddy Almeida and DPDL Coach of the Year Abdullah Ansari, apply modern training methodologies directly to our sessions at Cooperage and Bandra. ### Why This Matters for You When you join our academy, you are not just getting a training session; you are stepping into a system designed by experts who understand the nuances of the game. Whether you are aiming for youth leagues like the DPDL or chasing a professional residential academy spot, you are guided by mentors who are as invested in their own professional growth as they are in yours. We do not just teach the game. We study it, refine it, and pass that knowledge down to the next generation of Mumbai footballers. ## About SSE Soccer Schools We are a collective of coaches and educators dedicated to the long-term journey of football in Mumbai. Our mission is to build the ecosystem from the ground up, whether we are guiding a young player to a national trial or helping a colleague earn their next AFC license.
