It is the result of a rigorous audit by the All India Football Federation into our coaching staff, training curriculum, and infrastructure. If you are comparing football academies for your child, this accreditation is your guarantee that we follow a standardized, safe, and long-term development model rather than just running casual practice sessions. Achieving 3-Star AIFF Academy Accreditation places us in a select group—one of only 23 clubs across India and just 7 in Mumbai. This recognition serves as external validation of the work we have been doing since 2010. The audit process specifically evaluated our ability to manage a consistent player pathway, our coach-to-student ratios, and our access to competitive league structures. ### What Our 3-Star Status Means for Players - **Sanctioned Competition:** Our accreditation provides a direct route for our squads to participate in AIFF-governed youth leagues, ensuring our players face competitive opponents that test their growth. - **Validated Coaching Standards:** Every session at our Bandra and South Mumbai grounds is led by AFC or AIFF licensed coaches who strictly adhere to our standardized curriculum. - **Pathway to Pro:** As an official partner of Bengaluru FC, this accreditation confirms our ability to identify and nurture talent that can transition into elite residential setups. ### Beyond the Training Pitch We believe that football development requires more than just grass and a ball. The infrastructure at Wings Sports Center and Cooperage Football Ground is vetted to meet safety and facility standards required for high-intensity training. Whether your child is just starting their journey or is already competing in the MFA Youth League, they are training in an environment designed to track progress and refine tactical understanding. We invite parents and players to join a system that takes youth development as seriously as the professional game. ## About SSE Soccer Schools We have spent over a decade building a bridge between Mumbai's grassroots talent and professional football. By aligning our academy with Bengaluru FC and meeting the strict AIFF standards, we ensure that every player who trains with us has a clear, documented map to follow.
