Every staff member is either AFC-licensed or actively pursuing their next certification, ensuring that your child learns from mentors who are constantly sharpening their own tactical and technical knowledge. We don't just see ourselves as an academy for players; we are an academy for coaches. We believe the quality of the student is a direct reflection of the quality of the mentor, which is why continuous professional development is woven into our DNA. ### The Coaching Philosophy Our approach is built on a foundation of modern football education. By partnering with Bengaluru FC, we bring in experts like Head of Youth Development Jason Withe to lead clinics and workshops. This ensures our staff stays updated with the latest trends in talent identification, training methodology, and sports science. ### Why Our Credentials Matter Football is a game of fine margins. When a coach understands the difference between 'C' and 'A' license coaching standards, they provide a different level of instruction. Our coaches are active participants in AIFF Tutor Courses and AFC certification programs. Whether it is our Goalkeeper Coach Raghuvir Khanolkar, who has lent his expertise to the Women’s National Team, or our technical staff preparing players for the I-League, the focus remains on rigorous, high-standard football education. ### A Supportive Environment We value support as much as skill. Our internal awards for 'Most Supportive Coach' celebrate those who know how to foster confidence in young players, especially at the grassroots level. If you are looking for a coaching environment where mentorship is prioritized alongside technical drills, our team is ready to guide your child's journey from local pitches to the professional stage. ## About SSE Soccer Schools We started in 2010 to make football real for Mumbai. Today, our coaching team is a dedicated family of mentors, all driven by the same goal of helping our players reach the professional level through disciplined and modern training.
