When you train with us, you are not just learning routines; you are stepping into a 17-year-old legacy of Bangalore’s street dance scene. We keep the culture raw and the community real, so you know exactly who you are learning from when you walk through our studio doors. ### More Than Just Steps I’ve been in this game since 2001, and for HipHop India, community is the baseline. From judging at Battle Yaa Skills to hosting our 17th-anniversary jams in Koramangala, every moment captured here is about the 'fam'. ### The OG Approach When I'm in the judge's seat or teaching a masterclass, I'm passing on the same foundation I've spent two decades building. We don't do copy-paste dance here. We train for musicality, freestyle confidence, and respect for the origins—Popping, Locking, OldSchool HipHop, C-Walk, you name it. ### Frequently Asked Questions **What does 'community' actually mean here?** It means growth. You'll find students, pros, and pioneers training in the same space. We push each other to level up, not just copy a video tutorial. **Why focus so heavily on the culture?** Because without knowing where the moves came from, you're just moving limbs. We teach the history, the etiquette, and the mindset behind the dance so you can represent it properly. **Can beginners join?** 100%. The culture welcomes everyone who is ready to put in the work. Whether you're in HSR or Indiranagar, if you have the itch to move, we have a spot for you. ## About Sritheren Pillai I'm Sritheren, and I’ve been living and breathing this culture for over 20 years.
