This ensures that while one person covers the main stage and keynote speakers, the other captures candid audience reactions and networking moments. We manage the drone logistics for outdoor venue shots, ensuring we have the necessary permissions before the event begins, and deliver all content optimized for your internal newsletters and professional social media channels. ### How We Handle Large Events We understand that corporate events have a tight schedule and little room for error. When you book our full-day conference package, we come equipped with 4K-capable cameras, gimbals for smooth movement, and wireless audio gear to capture clear sound during testimonials or interviews. **Key Technical Capabilities:** * **Drone Photography:** We use drones to provide aerial context, capturing the venue size and event footprint. Note that these flights are subject to location-specific permissions, which we check well in advance of your event date. * **Lighting and Venue Challenges:** Large auditoriums and banquet halls often present lighting issues. We bring our own professional lighting setups to ensure your stage photography and VIP headshots look crisp, regardless of the venue's natural light. * **Versatile Coverage:** Our team is trained to move between environments. We seamlessly switch from high-energy keynote coverage to subtle, unobtrusive photography during networking dinners or breakout sessions. **Our Deliverables Process** We do not just hand over a massive folder of unedited files. We provide a curated selection of 300+ edited images that tell the story of your day. This includes wide-angle shots that show the scale of your audience, close-ups of presenters, and specific attention to branding, sponsor logos, and merchandise. For video, you receive a 3-4 minute cinematic highlight film and a vertical social media teaser within 48 hours. Whether you are hosting an annual award night in Greater Noida or a technical seminar in Delhi, we provide the consistent, professional documentation you need. ## About SRG Production We are the team at SRG Production.
