When you train at our HSR or Koramangala courts, you aren't just hitting shuttles; you are training in the same environment that hosts Yonex Sunrise Karnataka State Championships. This exposure to high-pressure match environments and professional officiating helps our students understand the nuances of competitive play far better than drill-based training alone ever could. Hosting tournaments is more than a logistical effort; it is a strategic advantage for our students. When an academy opens its doors to the State Championship, the environment transforms. Our courts, usually buzzing with daily drills and multi-shuttle feeding, become a battleground for the best talent in Karnataka. For our students, this is immersive learning. You get to see how advanced players manage their nerves, how they execute shots under scrutiny, and how they handle the intensity of a real tournament bracket. It demystifies the competition experience. Instead of walking into a cold, unfamiliar stadium on match day, our students are already comfortable in their home environment. Our facilities—specifically at our HSR Club and Koramangala centers—meet the technical requirements for these events. This means the wooden flooring, synthetic mats, and lighting are maintained to tournament-grade standards year-round, not just during an event. Whether you are a junior starting your journey or an advanced player prepping for the finals, you are practicing on the same professional-grade surface as the state-level competitors. We believe that proximity to excellence breeds excellence. Watching a high-intensity singles or doubles match from the sidelines teaches you more about court craft and tactical positioning than hours of theory. Come, train where the state's future champions are made. ## About Citius Academy I'm Sunil Gannabathula, and with over 25 years on the court, I’ve seen that the best way to learn is by being in the middle of the action.
