Our tournament success comes from rigorous multi-shuttle drills and specific mental toughness training, ensuring our players are ready for the intensity of state-level badminton tournaments rather than just casual practice sessions. ### Building Champions, One Match at a Time Success at the state and national level doesn't happen by accident. It is the outcome of our structured 'Multi-Shuttle' training and personalized feedback loops. At Citius Academy, we track every student's progress, identifying their specific strengths and weaknesses to tailor their coaching journey. ### Our Training Focus for Competitors - **Technical Precision:** We move beyond the basics, focusing on high-level stroke mechanics, drop shots, and net play that are essential for winning under pressure. - **Mental Toughness:** Tournaments are as much about mindset as skill. Our coaching sessions incorporate match simulation to help players stay calm and focused during crunch points. - **Physical Conditioning:** We believe in the motto 'Mehnat kar, pasina baha' (Work hard, sweat it out). Our athletes undergo specialized conditioning using agility ladders, hurdles, and core stability work to ensure they have the stamina to last through long tournament days. ### Why Choose Our Coaching Whether you are aiming for U11, U13, or U17 categories, our programs are designed to scale with your ambition. We operate out of high-performance facilities in Koramangala, HSR Layout, and Sarjapur, providing local access to elite training. Head Coach Sunil brings 25 years of experience to every session, personally overseeing the development of our players. We aren't just looking for trophies; we are looking for dedicated individuals who want to improve their concentration, discipline, and skill on the court. ## About Citius Academy I'm Sunil, the head coach here. After 25 years in the sport, I still get the same thrill seeing our students stand on the podium after months of sweat and hard work.
