I handle the logistics, like ensuring the frame fits your specific venue’s door height and securing heavy-duty backdrops so nothing tips over when the wind kicks up. Whether it’s a standard apartment door or a banquet hall entrance, I make sure the setup is stable, safe, and perfectly positioned for photos. First impressions at your event are non-negotiable. Whether you are hosting a small birthday at home or a large celebration at a banquet hall in Bengaluru, the entrance sets the mood for the entire day. ### What goes into a professional entrance setup It is rarely just about popping up some balloons. I focus on creating a cohesive look that ties into your party theme—whether it’s a butterfly-themed first birthday or a traditional baby shower. * **Measurements & Fit:** Every venue is different. I measure your specific doorway or entryway to ensure the balloon arch or draped backdrop fits perfectly without blocking the path. * **Stability:** I use high-quality, weighted frames. An entrance needs to withstand high traffic and sometimes outdoor breezes without shifting or toppling. * **Custom Signage:** I often include a personalized welcome board or custom cutouts to greet your guests by name, which adds that immediate personal touch. ### Common entrance requests I handle * **Balloon Arches:** Organic or spiral, in any color palette to match your theme. * **Floral & Drapery:** For traditional events or elegant baby showers, I switch to fabric draping and fresh or high-quality artificial flowers. * **Photo Opportunities:** The entrance is usually the first photo spot. I ensure the lighting and backdrop are positioned so your guests can grab a quick picture as they arrive. My team manages the setup and teardown, so you do not have to lift a finger. We typically start setup two hours before your guests arrive, ensuring every balloon is in place and the area is clean before the first doorbell rings. ## About Squiggle Decorations I’m Cecilia, and I run Squiggle Decorations. I am obsessed with the small details that make a party work—like how an entrance backdrop needs to be perfectly weighted so it stays put while your guests walk through. I will take care of the heavy lifting and setup so you can actually spend time with your family.
