I carefully assess the architecture of your space to ensure the balloon arch or floral structure is stable and fits perfectly, ensuring your guests walk into a seamless, welcoming setup that aligns with the rest of your event decor. The entrance is the first point of interaction for your guests, and a well-executed welcome area sets the mood for the entire event. Whether you are hosting a birthday, baby shower, or a formal engagement, my focus is on integrating your theme into the entryway. ### Types of Entrance Decor * **Organic Balloon Arches:** These use a mix of balloon sizes, including chrome and matte finishes, to create a flowing, modern look. Unlike traditional uniform arches, these adapt better to different doorway heights and widths. * **Welcome Boards:** I provide customized signage that ties into your event theme. These are essential for helping guests identify the correct hall or floor, especially in large venues where multiple parties might be happening simultaneously. * **Floral & Fabric Drapes:** For more formal events like engagements or weddings, I use sheer fabric and artificial floral arrangements. These add elegance and provide a clean backdrop for guest arrivals. ### Planning for Your Venue When we plan your entrance, we look at several technical details to ensure the setup is practical: * **Space & Traffic:** We measure the width and height of the entry point to ensure the structure does not obstruct the flow of traffic. * **Attachment Methods:** I use non-damaging adhesive methods and stands that comply with venue regulations, so you do not have to worry about security deposits or wall damage. * **Lighting:** Many entrances are dimly lit. I often incorporate LED par lights or neon signage to ensure the area is bright, welcoming, and photogenic from the moment guests arrive. My team handles the entire installation process, ensuring that every balloon is secured and every sign is perfectly leveled before the first guest walks through the door. ## About Squiggle Decorations I am Cecilia, and I believe the entrance is where your guests’ excitement truly begins.
