When you join our competitive academy, you aren't just learning shots; you're doing match-play simulations and high-intensity interval training. We drill the same intensity into practice that you'll face under tournament lights, so when the HCL or national circuit comes around, your game is already battle-tested. Look at these photos. That intensity you see on the court? That's what we build in every single session. We don't believe in 'soft' training or vanity drills. Our approach, especially for those chasing podium finishes at the HCL Squash Tour or other national opens, is brutal and effective. We structure our academy sessions to replicate tournament pressure. We focus on: * **Match Simulation:** It’s not just about hitting; it's about strategy under fatigue. We use 1:4 training ratios to ensure you're constantly playing and adapting. * **Fitness Conditioning:** If your lungs give out, your game goes with them. We incorporate agility ladders, bodyweight circuits, and interval training to make sure you're the last player standing. * **Mental Toughness:** A loss is just data. We break down the match, see where the gap was, and fix it. Whether it's the HCL Eastern Slam in Kolkata or the Southern Slam in Chennai, our players know how to handle the pressure because they face it in our gym daily. If you’re just looking for a casual hit, you can find that anywhere. But if you want to be the one holding the trophy, you know where to find us. No excuses, just consistent, hard-nosed work. ## About Squfit I'm Ravi. I'm a National and Asian squash champion, but that's in the past. My current win is seeing my students stand on the podium. If you're serious about taking your game to a competitive level, stop looking for shortcuts and start showing up.
