We don't just run drills. We hold strategy sessions on the grass and celebrate our wins together. This bond is what keeps the consistency high even on the days you feel like quitting. Squash is often seen as a lonely pursuit. At Squfit, we change that. Whether you are a junior learning your first grip at DLF Club 5 or a competitive player chasing national gold, you are part of a squad. My coaching style is simple. We focus on intense drills during our sessions, but the real work happens in the connection between players. We share tournament updates, analyze matches, and support each other when the pressure mounts. It is not just about the technique; it is about the mentality. We operate mainly out of DLF Club 5 and The City Club in Gurugram, offering a rigorous environment for anyone serious about the sport. If you join our competitive academy, you are not just getting a coach. You are getting a training partner and a mentor who is still actively competing on the national circuit. We do not believe in shortcuts or easy training days. We believe in the grind, the sweat, and the brotherhood that gets you to the podium. If you are ready for elite squash coaching in Gurgaon and want to be part of a real team, this is where you belong. ## About Squfit I am Ravi. I have competed at the highest levels, winning national and Asian titles, and I bring that exact intensity to every session. I do not just coach; I build a family of athletes who are hungry for the win.
