You are getting the same drills I use to prepare for the National Games. Whether we are fixing your grip or running agility ladder circuits, you are training under a coach who is still actively competing, winning, and putting in the hours every single day at venues like DLF Club 5. Fark toh hai, bro. There is a difference between someone who teaches the game and someone who lives it. I don't just talk about winning; I have the medals to prove it. At Squfit, we do not believe in fluff or marketing gimmicks. We believe in the grind. My coaching philosophy is simple: consistency and intensity. You show up, you put in the work, and we build your game from the ground up. Whether you are an adult beginner picking up a racket for the first time or a junior chasing a state-level podium, the standards remain the same. We focus on: * Technical Precision: Correcting your stance, swing mechanics, and shot selection. * High-Performance Fitness: Circuits, agility drills, and strength training designed to keep you moving faster than your opponent. * Tactical Awareness: Learning how to read the court, set up your shots, and outthink the person across from you. We train, we win, and we celebrate together. If you are ready to stop talking and start sweating, this is where you belong. We operate across Gurugram, including sessions at DLF Club 5 and The City Club, with programs ranging from intensive solo sessions to competitive academy groups. ## About Squfit I'm Ravi Dixit. I don't just teach squash; I live it, compete in it, and win at it. If you're serious about becoming a player and ready to put in the actual work, we'll get along just fine.
