The truth is, sport doesn't stop at the trophy. When you look at these features, you’re seeing the circle of athletes I surround myself with—Olympians, national icons, and grassroots innovators. This is the energy I bring to the court at Club 5, and it’s the standard you need if you want to compete at a high level. ### Why This Matters for Your Game Fark toh hai (There is a difference). When you choose a coach, you aren't just paying for drills; you are buying into a mindset. My association with athletes like Olympian Manoj Kumar isn't about the photos—it's about shared discipline. We trade notes on mental toughness, recovery, and what it actually takes to stay on top. This is the same intensity I bring to every squash coaching session in Gurgaon. ### More Than Just Coaching Being a guest at The Great Indian Kids Festival or celebrating World Squash Day isn't just PR for me. It is about growing the game. My goal is to hunt for the next generation of players who have that same fire I had when I started. ### The Squfit Standard Whether you are joining for personal lessons at DLF Club 5 or the competitive academy, you are walking into an environment built on: * **Elite Mentorship:** You learn from a National and Asian Champion who is still actively competing. * **Community Support:** We train as a squad. You have peers, mentors, and fellow athletes pushing you every single day. * **Real Results:** Medals and rankings prove that our training method works. We don't do shortcuts. If you are ready to stop talking and start working, you are in the right place. ## About Squfit I'm Ravi. I've been grinding on the squash court since 2011, from Asian Champion to building my own squad here in Gurgaon. When I'm not coaching at DLF Club 5, I'm out learning from other athletes or pushing the community to get moving. If you’re here to work, we’ll get along just fine.
