We move beyond basic drills; we use multi-ball feeding to build muscle memory and video match analysis to strip away bad habits. It’s an intensive environment, but it’s how we’ve helped our players consistently break into the top national rankings. ### The Total Squash Approach We don't believe in shortcuts. Whether you are a beginner or a PSA pro, our methodology covers court strategy, match analysis, and elite strength and conditioning. We have produced national champions and world-class juniors because we are obsessive about the details, from bio-mechanical adjustments in your swing to nutrition plans that fuel performance. ### Where We Train Training is split between the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi and our high-performance facility in Janglia Gaon, Uttarakhand. The Uttarakhand camp offers a distraction-free environment for intense cardiovascular conditioning, hill sprints, and technical masterclasses, while our Delhi center serves as our primary hub for daily sparring with juniors and national-level pros. ### Who This Is For We are selective about who we bring into our elite squads, as we focus on players who have the grit to push through boundaries. We started with a handful of kids in 2013 and have grown into a tight-knit family of coaches, parents, and players. If you are serious about making a mark in the sport, we provide the ecosystem to turn your potential into performance. ## About Squash Xtreme We’re a team that lives and breathes squash, founded by coaches who treat the academy like family. We started with eight kids in Delhi and have built a program that produces national champions and world-class pros because we don’t just teach shots—we build lives.
