What you see on this page—the international medals and university acceptance letters—is what happens when a player moves beyond basic drills into our 6-day-a-week elite program, which combines video tactical analysis, HIIT fitness, and relentless mental conditioning. Success in this sport requires more than just natural talent; it demands a structured, step-by-step roadmap. Our program is designed to bridge the gap between a child picking up a racquet for the first time and a student securing an Ivy League admission. ### The Path to Pro We start with the basics—grip, footwork, and safety—before introducing the 'T' position and tactical control. But for our varsity players, the routine changes completely. They engage in: * **Tactical & Video Analysis:** We break down match footage weekly to correct errors and improve court geometry. * **Athletic Periodization:** Training is timed to ensure students peak during major tournament circuits like the Indian Junior Open. * **Career Pathway Planning:** We assist with the specific requirements for US college squash recruitment, helping our players build the portfolios that took Shaurya to Columbia University. ### More Than A Coaching Center Our academy operates as a community. When Shaurya brings home a medal from the World Juniors, it is a win for every student who trained alongside him. We believe in transparency—we aren't just selling coaching hours; we are building a career pathway for juniors in Delhi and across India. Whether your child is playing for fitness or dreams of the PSA tour, the system that produced Shaurya Bawa is available to them. ## About Squash Xtreme We are Squash Xtreme, a family of coaches and players who believe that champions are made, not born. Lalit Varma and our coaching team are here to guide your child from their very first swing to the national stage, focusing on character, fitness, and smart play.
