Whether you join our online squash training or attend sessions at the stadium, you will find that we don't just focus on the swing or the serve—we invest in the player's long-term growth and their role within our team. At Squash Xtreme, we believe that coaching is about more than hitting a ball. It is about creating champions in life, not just on the court. We have seen firsthand that with the right guidance, a student from a small village can compete at the British Open. That is why our grassroots development program is the heart of what we do. We focus on a holistic approach. That means when you train with us, you are getting more than a drill plan. You are getting a team that looks at your match videos, corrects your technique, and manages your physical load to prevent injury. Our mentors, like Lalit Varma, have taught us that the real heroes are the parents who support these journeys, which is why we celebrate them as much as our winning players. Whether you are looking for professional squash training, junior squash coaching, or a remote fitness program that keeps you accountable, we bring that same intensity and community spirit to every interaction. We have produced national champions and India Number 1s, but we are just as proud of the discipline and character our players develop along the way. If you are serious about your game and want to be part of a team that works 24/7, you have found your place. ## About Squash Xtreme We’re Squash Xtreme, and honestly, we’re just getting started. It started with 8 kids, and now our juniors are smashing it at nationals, but what we’re proudest of is seeing real lives change through the sport. We are a family, a team that works around the clock to build champions.
